Job Title: Procurement Manager 
Location: Brampton, Ontario (WFH or Hybrid)
Length of Assignment: Permanent, Full time
Salary: $100,000 – $110,000/year + annual bonus + enhanced benefits + RRSP

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ability to lead, support supplier development, negotiations, and contract-development
  • Partner with internal & external stakeholders
  • Identify cost savings, support new product launches, engage with suppliers, and oversee the overall contract renewal process
  • Responsible for overseeing commercial agreements, coordination with legal as well as business stakeholders to establish and negotiate key terms for contracts
  • Maintain relationships with key suppliers, and measure performance, and proactively identify business development opportunities
  • Consistently remain updated on industry changes, competition, and related factors that may limit and/or impact overall project goals.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent flow of materials to support program goals, timing, and budget requirements

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Purchasing and Supply Chain Management
  • Experience in the procurement of manufactured goods
  • Extensive project management skills are required
  • Must have 4+ years of experience focused on contract negotiation, and contract development
  • Experience working with SAP
  • Previous experience supporting, coaching, and leading a team is required
