Job Title: Facilities Leader
Location: Mississauga, Ontario
Length of Assignment: Full time, Permanent
Salary: $85,000 – $110,000/year + bonus

Job Responsibilities:

Background with plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC
Oversee and support contracts and suppliers while onsite
Support and ensure budgets are maintained and all cost are optimized
Ensure internal database is updated with necessary details and specifications
Take the lead with project bidding and all facility quotes

Qualifications:

Post-Secondary with a Construction and/or Mechanical focus is a great asset
8+ years of previous facilities maintenance is required
Hands-on experience with high-volume manufacturing is required
Strong experience with building codes
Strong team player and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills both verbal and written
