Job Title: IT Service Analyst
Location: Surrey, British Columbia
Length of Assignment: Full time, Permanent
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 + bonus + benefits 


  • Respond to telephone calls, e-mails, and other requests for technical support
  • Focus on customer service and demonstrate courteous and professional behavior
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tickets and tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate a consistent sense of urgency and follow-up on open issues to ensure a satisfactory and timely resolution is achieved as defined within the Service Level Agreement


  • Post Secondary education in Information Technology is a strong asset
  • 3+ years of related experience is required
  • Strong customer service acumen; supporting internal clients
  • Previous experience with troubleshooting a variety of desktop and mobile hardware, and related technologies and applications
  • Ability to work effectively as a part of a team
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
